Hogwarts Legacy is a video game rich in additional content, offering players the opportunity to further improve their skills in the game by participating in side quests, which must also be completed in order to pass the game at 100 %. Most of these side quests involve going to a location, killing a few enemies, then returning to the quest giver with an item or a Beast. But some require you to solve puzzles, as in the case of The Hall of Herodiana.

The Hall of Herodiana quest in pictures
This riddle from Herodiana is accessible. after your meeting with Sebastian in Feldcroft and is triggered by a discussion with Sophronia Franklin, a Serdaigle student you'll find near the Sorcery class. She'll tell you about Herodiana Byren, a witch who was particularly adept at the Depulso spell, and then ask you to solve some riddles in a secret chamber nearby.
Follow your compass to the first floor of the Tower of defense against the forces of evil. Then use Repulso on the switch on the wall. This will reveal theentrance to the famous secret hallwhich you will have to enter.
The quest includes three puzzles, here are the steps to solve them.

First riddle of the side quest: The Hall of Herodiana in Hogwarts Legacy
Once you've accepted the quest, the quest marker will guide you to Le Hall d'Herodiana, where you can cast Depulso on the door.
- When you get there, you'll need to spread blocks who block your path using Accio and Depulso.
- All you have to do is push the block in the first room towards the exit using Depulso, then climb the ladder to the top of the ledge, where you'll find a chest containing the Cape of Herodiana.
Second puzzle of the side quest: The Hall of Herodiana in Hogwarts Legacy
For this second puzzle :
- You will need to pull blocks from right to left in the second chamber using Accio ;
- Then push the new stack of three towards the chamber exit using Depulso.
- Next, you'll need to say Accio to pull the blocks to the right, after which you'll be able to climb up and out from the room and open the trunk containing Herodiana's outfit.
It is possible tousing blocks to access another small chest located above the entrance to the second room, but it's not really worth it because the contents are random.
Third puzzle of the side quest: The Hall of Herodiana in Hogwarts Legacy
As in the second room, you will find a bonus chest in the third puzzle room of Herodiana's Hall, but you would be better off focusing on solving the puzzle.
- Start with theuse of Accio to pull the blocks to the right, then Depulso to push them towards the rotating sphere.
- You will then need to use Accio to pull the movable blocks to the left side of the chamber
- Then using the blocks to climb up to the back wall.

- After that, you'll need to hit the spinning sphere with a basic spell to return the moving blocks to their original positions, then use Accio to pull the blocks towards the wall near the exit.
- The next step is to use Depulso to push the blocks toward the wall on the right, opposite where you are standing, then cast Accio to pull them to the right so that they touch the block with the spinning sphere.
- Then simplyUse Accio to pull the blocks toward where you are located, then Depulso to push them toward the wall near the exit. This will allow you to climb up and reach the last chest containing Herodiana's cap.
Once all this is done, you can leave the room through the door in front of you and return to Sophronia Franklin to complete the quest. You can show her the outfit, keep it for yourself, or show it to her in exchange for payment. Whether you show it to her or not, you will keep the three cosmetic items and can use them to change the appearance of your equipment, in addition to earning 180 XP.
