Tips for advancing very quickly in Hogwarts Legacy
There are endless ways for you to advance quickly in Hogwarts Legacy. Although this is essentially about completing as many tasks as possible, you can make the journey even easier by bypassing the quests first to focus on exploring the world of Hogwarts first. This method will give you a multitude of possibilities to improve yourself further afterwards and to be ready to face any enemy.
Another possibility to improve very quickly in Hogwarts Legacy is to prioritize the challenges of Wizard's Guide Pages and embark on the battle arenas. Then you will earn even more experience by completing the quest challenges by following the main story of the game, as well as the secondary quests.
In-game challenges
The game includes 5 types of challenges, these are Combat, Quests, Exploration, Room of Requirement, and Wizard's Guide Pages challenges.
The Wizard's Handbook is an ancient book given to you by Professor Weasley as part of your learning of magic at Hogwarts. This is a manual authored by members of the Ministry so that apprentice sorcerers who have gaps can catch up easily. By completing this challenge, you will find even more challenges that will level you up pretty fast.
The combat challenges are basically about facing all the enemies that you can find outside the castle.
Exploration challenges consist of completing various tasks, such as collecting ancient traces of magic, bursting balloons, carrying out Merlin's trials, or even solving the secrets of Hogwarts.
The challenges of the quests concern several quests to be completed, which can be main and useful for the course of the game or secondary (in the appendix).
As for the Room of Requirement, it is a place where you can perform various tasks, such as treating beasts and improving your equipment.
Going back to collecting field guide pages, this is the fastest and easiest way to level up. To collect them all, you will need to learn certain spells, including:
Revelio: Highlights interactive objects such as puzzles, field guide pages, chests, and statues.
Lumos: Leads the lost moths to their frames in the Hogwarts Legacy.
Accio: Attracts an object towards you.
Levioso: Used to elevate an object.
Reparo: Repairs broken objects
Incendio: Ignites certain objects.
It is more advantageous for you, however, to put yourself first on the exploration to discover the vast grounds of Hogwarts. As you explore, you'll solve various puzzles, unlock locked chests, and more. But above all, you will get rewards for each level of challenge completed.
battle arenas
These are the places where you will face a series of opponents and have to resist their attacks. Participating in battles in the arenas is a strategic method to easily accumulate experience and to practice the different combinations of spells. The game includes three arenas, two of which are accessible for free, while the dark arts arena is only available in the Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition version.
