WHY IS EVERYTHING OUT OF STOCK?!?!??
Many of you have been complaining (and rightly so), here's some background on why our inventory situation is the way it is.
First of all, we're really sorry that so many varieties are currently out of stock! This is definitely not the HOLY experience we want to give you.
Believe us, we would like to have all flavors in stock at all times – and the current situation is for us incredibly absurd and depressing.
The two points that play a major role are:
- 1. We had significantly higher demand than expected. You more or less thumbed our nose at us and we didn't expect it when we placed the production order for our varieties for our stock last October. While it's a rather "pleasant" problem, such misjudgments in inventory planning are far from optimal.
- 2. The original scheduled delivery date for most flavors (those that are now sold out) was March 17th. Unfortunately, our producer is currently having some logistical problems, which is delaying delivery. HOLY Energy®, in particular, is made up of many different ingredients – and if a single ingredient is not delivered, the entire production is interrupted.
But there is hope for improvement: we can't promise anything, but we very much hope that most varieties will be back in the shop in May. As soon as we know more, we will of course let you know!
