Latenna the Albinauric is located at Last refuge of the wolf, a small cabin that can be reached by completing the Crystal-Clear Lake Cave, in Liurnia.

Talk to her to make her a summonable spirit, then take her to the Sacred Snowfields to complete her quest. Along the way, you'll come across the Secret Medallion of the Sacred Tree, the key that unlocks this region via the Great Elevator of Rold.

To encounter Latenna "The Albinauric" at "The Wolf's Last Refuge"

the Last refuge of the wolf is located in the southwestern part of the Liurnia region. It can only be accessed by completing the Crystal-Clear Lake Cave : Once you've defeated the boss, you'll emerge right next to the shelter, without any detours.

Talk to Latenna. She tells you about her quest and mentions her sister. To move forward, you must have the right side of the Secret Medallion of the Sacred Tree, presented by Albus in the village of Albinauriques, a little further south.

First, pick up that piece, then come back and show it to Latenna. She then joins you as a summonable spirit and asks you to lead her to the Sacred Tree.

Getting to the Albinauriques village

the Albinauriques Village is located in the Liurnia region. To get there, head west from the Grace Site at the Ruines de Laskyar. Along the way, you'll cross a poisonous swamp lined with giant crabs. If you don't see this swamp, you're not on the right path.

In the village, look for Albus, an old Albinauric disguised as a pot, a little east of the Site of Grace. Talk to him. He'll give you the right half of the Secret Medallion and ask you to give it to Latenna.

This gesture proves to him that…’Albus trusts you. She then agrees to accompany you, after which you can summon her as a spirit.

The next part of the quest for Latenna in Elden Ring takes you much farther, to the northern part of the map. As you cross the Peaks of the Giants, you're approaching the spot where you can retrieve the other half of the medallion.

Go to the Château Sol, north of this region. From the site at the entrance, follow the path to the left until you reach the Church of the Eclipse, then climb the stairs to the door shrouded in mist. Behind it, you’ll find the Commander Niall, flanked by two knights.

It's a challenging struggle: Choose the best armor from our selection can make all the difference. Once you've defeated Niall, climb to the top of the tower to retrieve the left half of the Secret Medallion of the Sacred Tree.

Head for the consecrated snowfields

With both halves of the medallion in your pocket, head toward the Rold's Large Elevator, at the very north end of the Giants“ Peaks. Instead of climbing up the normal way, choose the option ”Wield the secret medallion” to take the hidden path.

You arrive in the Sacred Snowfields, a snow-covered and hostile region. From your starting point, head northwest through the snow until you reach the Clerical ruins.

That's where the sister of Latenna, left alone in these ruins. Invoke Latenna Right in front of her: the two sisters can finally be reunited.

As a reward, you get a Dark forging stone of ancient dragons. The quest for Latenna the Albinauric in Elden Ring ...then comes to a definitive end.
