Christmas Fusion 2021: Tatura Rimehide
On Thursday, December 16, we plan to launch a fusion event for a new champion – Tatura Rimehide.
Information about Tatura:

Descriptions of Plarium:
Tatura Rimehide is the Champion who will help you in PvE content, mainly HYDRA and Doom Tower.
Thanks to A1, who has an ACC Decrease debuff with 100% chance when book, he will keep Bosses with only half their ACC.
With the help of A2, Tatura will protect your team from debuffs and also increase your team's DEF.
With A3, he will protect himself and place his allies under Perfect Veil.
Tatura's passive skill will allow you to reflect damage back to the attacker, which will help increase the damage dealt to Hydra. Additionally, this skill gives Tatura a chance to place a freeze debuff when attacked, which could be useful for wave control.

Tatura Skill:
A1 – Solar ray
Attack 1 enemy. Has a 80% chance to place a 50% debuff [Precision Decrease] for 2 turns.
A2 – CD Shelter Wings – 5
Grants a [Block Debuffs] buff and a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
A3 – Otherworld Breach CD – 5
Attack all enemies. Grants a [Perfect Veil] buff to all allies except this Champion for 2 turns. Additionally, places a [Shield] buff on this Champion for 2 turns equal to 20% of damage inflicted.
A4 – Glimmering Hideout [P]
When attacked, this champion reflects 30% of the damage it receives back to the attacker. It also has a 30% chance to place a [Freeze] debuff on the attacker for 1 turn.
My opinion :
A1 which will require book for its precision reduction to 100%, its A2 which will surely require 2 books. And his A3 which will have books to increase the damage + 1 see max 2 rounds of CD less. Based on defense so he will hit according to his defense so pretty well, more than seeing his stats and multiplier (for his shield).
