2 in Leyndell, the royal capital. From the Grace Site on the eastern ramparts of the capital, go through the west gate, travel south along the ramparts, and take the elevator down. Enter the multi-story tower, climb the ladder, and find the bottle in a chest hidden behind a table. From the Balcony Avenue Site of Grace, exit through the southeast gate, turn left and follow the main road to the northeast, pass through the large gates, then follow the lower path to a dead end, where the bottle is guarded by a Leonine Misbegotten.
1 in the Shaded Castle: it is found on a corpse by the inner east wall. You can reach this inner wall by climbing the ladder on the east side of the courtyard.
1 in Volcano Manor: the bottle is on a corpse in a room that can be unlocked with the Drawing Room Key.
2 in the Perfumer's Ruins: One bottle is on a table guarded by an Omenkiller. The other is on the edge of a raised platform, near a giant Miranda Sprout.
1 in the Ruines de la rue des Sages: guarded by Miranda shoots.
1 in the Perfumer's Cave: after encountering the second giant Miranda, search the surrounding area. You should see two chests in a corner; the bottle is in one of them.
1 by Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace in Altus Plateau: The bottle is in the camp north of the Site of Grace, guarded by two Omen.

How do I use the perfume bottle in Elden Ring?

Perfume bottles can be used to store handmade perfumes, which apply different effects to allies and enemies. When a perfume is used, an empty bottle is returned to the player's inventory, allowing another perfume to be created after leaving combat.

You can hold up to 10 perfume bottles.
Perfume bottles already obtained do not reappear in NG+.
If perfume aromatics are stored in a site of grace, their perfume bottles will be available to make new items. If you have perfume items in reserve, your perfume bottles will refill automatically when you die or rest in a site of grace.
You can use the Perfumer's Talisman to increase the power of the perfume arts.
