That you hatched all Pokemon from Eggs or Fossils.
That you have caught all the pokemon in the Safari Zone.
That you have evolved all pokemon with the stones you buy from merchants.

The method by cheating.
You can unlock yourself but by cheating
- Click on “StartMenu” at the top right of your screen.
- Click on “Challenge Modes” towards the middle
- The first two options are active. You have to click on the second to deactivate it.
- A popUp arrives, and you have to accept. Then click Done!
WARNING : Now you can go to the next region but you can't activate it anymore, so everyone will know that you cheated :(. That's why I don't do it and I'll do everything to move forward without cheating! think what?
