Cracked Pot is a Key Item, Crafting Material, and optional Souvenir in Elden Ring. It is a container needed to craft Throw Pots, consumables that can be thrown to inflict damage or debuffs on enemies. Worldwide :

2 in the isolated cell from the site of grace to the Château de Voile-tempête, in the room with the Living Pots, to the south-west of the site of grace.
1 in the Debate Salon from the site thanks to the Raya Lucaria Academy. Immediately upon exiting the lounge, go up the stairs to the west, and you will find it on a corpse near a Living Pots.
1 on a corpse in Groveside Cave, just past the entrance.
1 per Royal Moongazing Grounds in the Site of Grace at Caria Manor. From the site of grace, return to the mansion and drop a series of platforms to the south-southwest. Guarded by the Living Pots.
1 on theAvenue Balcon From the site of Grace in Leyndell, Royal Capital: To the northwest, on a corpse one level below the site of Grace and through a few doors. You can also head north from theLower Capital church. Go down the small ladder, turn right and go straight ahead to find the pot on a corpse beside the door. Guarded by a Leyndell knight.
4 in the Auriza Side Tomb. (Only two can be found here if you chose the Cracked Pot Souvenir.)
3 in Jarbourg. The first is on a corpse in front of the blocked door of a hut north of where you descend into the village. The second is in a hut northeast of the first pot. The last one is on a large tombstone to the south, along the main road of the village.
1 by Erdtree Minor (Caelid): At the end of a tree branch extending from the cliffs northwest of the tree.

How to use the Cracked Pot in Elden Ring?

Cracked pots can be used to craft pot throws, which inflict damage or debuffs on enemies. After using a pot throw, an empty cracked pot is returned to the player's inventory, allowing another pot throw to be crafted after leaving combat.

Cracked pots can contain the following throwing pots:

pot of holy water and Corded holy water jarlearned from Missionary manual (1).
Incendiary pot and Rope fire pot.
Volcanic pot and Cord Volcanic Potlearned from Nomadic warrior's handbook (20).
jar of lightning and Corded Lightning Pot, learned from the Ancient Dragon Apostle's Recipe Book (2).
poison jar and Drawstring poison jarlearned from Nomadic warrior's handbook (14).
fetid pot and Drawstring Foul Potlearned from Nomadic warrior's handbook (4).
magic jar and Drawstring magic pot, learned from Glintstone's Artisan's Recipe Book (4).
Jar of Grudgelearned from Nomadic warrior's handbook (9).
Swarm pot and fly pot made of rope, learned from The Nomadic Warrior's Manual (24).

You can select the Cracked Pot as a souvenir during character creation.
You can get up to 20 cracked pots.
Cracked pots already obtained cannot be reobtained in New Game Plus.
If throw pots are stored at a grace site, their cracked pots will be available to make new items. If you have throw pots in stock, your cracked pots will refill automatically when you die or rest at a site of grace.
You can equip the Pot Helmet to increase the damage of pot throws by 15%, and the Pot Companion Talisman for an additional 20% damage increase. However, this has no effect on the debuffs inflicted by pot throws.
Choosing the Cracked Pot as a Souvenir will remove two pots from Auriza's Side Tomb and one from the Southern Caelid Nomad Merchant.
