Since an update, Plarium has removed the file that automatically displayed the number of open tickets. The only method that still works to find out your pity in Raid Shadow Legends So here's how to do the calculation by hand: you need to count the number of summons since you last obtained a legendary champion. This guide explains everything step by step. I also explain it in the video below.
Specifically, count the number of shards of the same type (ancient shards, void shards, or sacred shards) that you’ve opened since your last legendary champion. This number represents your current pity count. Example: If you’ve opened 180 ancient shards since your last legendary champion, you have 20 left before reaching the guaranteed threshold of 200 pulls.

What is "pity" in Raid Shadow Legends ?
The pity (also known as mercy system Where pity system) is the system that guarantees a legendary champion in Raid Shadow Legends after a certain number of calls (pulls). It's a safety net designed by Plarium to prevent players from doing too many pulls in a row without getting any legendary items in this mobile RPG.
On Ancient Shards and Void Shards, the pity system guarantees a legendary item after 200 pulls. After 200 pulls without a legendary item, the mercy system kicks in, and each additional pull increases your chances by +5%. The counter is separate for each type of shard: your Void Shards and Ancient Shards each have their own counter.
The threshold varies depending on the type of shard. To summarize:
- Ancient Shard: Low base legendary drop rate; guaranteed pity drop after 200 pulls.
- Void Shard: Same logic—a legendary is guaranteed after 200 pulls, and Mercy becomes available after 200.
- Sacred Shard: The pity system kicks in after 12 pulls without a legendary, since the base drop rate is much higher for these. Sacred Shards also make it easier to obtain epic champions.
That’s why it’s often recommended not to open your Ancient Shards and Void Shards if you’re far from your Pity. If you’re around 180, for example, a 10-pull (X10) could push you past 200, thereby triggering the luck bonus. Keeping track of your pity meter is therefore a real advantage for optimizing your pulls and progressing in the gameplay of Raid Shadow Legends.

Plarium has deleted the file that contained the number of open shards. As a result, it’s no longer possible to automatically read your pity: you’ll now have to calculate it manually. We’ll explain how to do that right below.
How to Calculate Your Pity Manually in Raid Shadow Legends (pity system and mercy system)
The tool Raid ToolKit no longer automatically reads the pity: an update to Plarium blocked access to the files the app was using. The only reliable way right now to track your pity on Raid Shadow Legends, ...that's manual calculation. Here are the essential tips, step by step.
The principle is simple: the pity system (or mercy system) only resets each time you obtain a legendary champion from the same type of shard. So you need to count how many pulls you’ve made since your last legendary champion from THAT specific type of shard.
- For Sacred Shards: Mercy kicks in after 12 pulls without a Legendary Champion.
- For Ancient Shards and Void Shards: the threshold is 200 pulls without a legendary. The counter is the same for both types of shards.
The method:
- Note the date and type of your last legendary champion (ancient shard, void shard, or sacred shard). This is your starting point; your pity reset begins from zero at this moment.
- Every time you open a pack, add a line to a notebook or spreadsheet: shard type, number of pulls, champion received (legendary, epic, or other). The game doesn't offer a reliable built-in summoning history, so keeping track manually is the only way to know where you stand.
- Do the math. Example: You've opened 180 ancient shards since your last legendary. You have 200 left minus 180, which means you have 20 pulls left before the pity mechanic kicks in.
A quick tip for players: This counter is especially helpful for deciding when to open your shards. If you’re nearing the threshold (for example, 190 ancient shards out of 200), you know your next legendary champion is coming soon, which can influence your strategy during fusion or boosted summoning events in Raid Shadow Legends.
thanks to Callous, the creator of Raid ToolKitand Stil Just so you know. The Original Reddit post is still available for viewing, but the tool no longer displays the pity since the last update of Plarium.
