Developed by miHoYo, Genshin Impact is an action-RPG set in the fantasy world of Teyvat. What is frozen meat?
As a reminder, frozen meat in Genshin Impact is one of Mondstadt's products. While exploring the New World of Teyvat, players are encouraged to collect items to complete their quests. To this end, the quest entitled "Meat Fresh Enough" requires players to obtain 10 pieces of frozen meat. To do so, they have to face boars that are already frozen.
Genshin Impact frozen meat: where can I find it?
In fact, the latter can be found in Mount Dosdragon on the south coast of the "luminétoile cave". This is the only place where you can find frozen boars, due to the area's cold climate. The latter was added to the game by making Update 1.2. Along the way, you're likely to come across wild boar frozen in blocks of ice. It's important to know that a character with a good command of the Pyro element will be an asset in thawing the boar.
Afterwards, you have to exterminate the beasts to obtain cold meat. So just go to this area if you need frozen meat for cooking or for future quests.
And while you're at it, keep going until you find the boss secret to getting its delicious meat. To do so:
- Take the teleporter between the Mandrin Céleste zone and the palace of the Buried City.
- Next, you'll find three wild boars below you on the right.
- Slaughter the three beasts after thawing them to reveal the secret boss Boar King. Also known as "the true lord of the Dosdragon Mountains".
- If you manage to defeat him, you'll not only get "meat from the Boar King", but also a chest containing random items.
