In this quest, you must hand over a bottle of “Ferocious Bambi” moonshine to the driver of the armored personnel carrier. Ragman provides one in the game.

After obtaining the bottle, you can go to the Woods or the Streets of Tarkov. I recommend going to the Streets of Tarkov, as it's easier:
