Mission Text: The Chemist's Closet

Hey, come in. Heard about a new guy that's appeared in the station? He calls himself Sanitar. Not a simple man either, he certainly worked for TerraGroup when they moved into the spa. He was either an important scientist or a relative, but I don't know. I heard he was selling secret stimulants, which means he knows chemistry well. But long story short, he has some sort of office or hideout in the spa, and I want you to find that place. I will send specialists, they may find interesting devices there. Just be careful, this man is dangerous.
