Mission Text: Anesthesia

Oh, you are just in time. Have you ever heard that a new doctor has arrived? But this is not a willing Aesculapius – he helps some people but cripples others. He is said to sell drugs and perform surgeries on the streets. We call it Sanitar, can you imagine? He settled on the coast and, interestingly enough, the local punks are very happy with him, and we understand why: he fixes them up, and even sells them medicines and first aid kits of all kinds. This means he has a whole stock with him. Ask about this Sanitar, but discreetly. For now, find where this junk is lying around. I think he sells and heals in the same places. It interests you ?
