Hey, do you know the BTR driver who hangs out in Tarkov? I ordered an important delivery from him, but he disappeared into thin air. If I had a soldier like him under my command, I'd soon teach him about discipline. How can you delay military cargo deliveries? He was supposed to meet my boys yesterday. I've got to find this bastard and show him what responsibility means. But right now, the package is more important. Go get it and hand it over to me. We'll deal with the driver later.

Il se trouve dans l’un des deux lieux situés dans le bâtiment au nord-ouest du dépôt ferroviaire. L’accès au dépôt se fait uniquement via le service de taxi du conducteur de BTR.
Après avoir récupéré le colis, remettez-le à Prapor pour sa quête ‘Retard de livraison – Partie 1’. Une fois cette étape accomplie, la quête sera terminée.
