To complete this quest, you must find the parcels from Prapor in the woods.
You'll find it in one of the two parking spaces in the building to the north-west of the railway depot. To access the depot, use the BTR driver's cab service.
Once you've collected the parcel, hand it over to Prapor to complete the first part of his quest, "Delayed delivery". Once you've completed this step, you'll be able to complete the current quest.
