You need to find 5 pieces of 30 х 160 mm OFZ ammunition. You can make them in the Level 3 Hideout.

And you need to find a military battery. It's on the military base map. I advise you to put a MULE syringe in your poutch to be able to carry it, as it's really heavy.

6-STEN-140-M military battery

You can find them in the Scavs Box if you're lucky! (That's how I do the quest every time.)

Notes:

The items needed for this quest must be found in raids. They can be found as loot dropped at the lighthouse and military base, but also in containers elsewhere, and there is a small chance that a Scav will have them in their backpack.
The 6-STEN-140-M military battery is a large object (4×2 slots) resembling a black/brown box. They are most often found on or near tanks.
OFZ 30x165mm ammunition can be found throughout the military base: on tables, shelves, and on the ground behind each tank on the map. The two items required for this quest can also be obtained from the Scav Box in the Hideout.
