To complete this quest, you must find the parcels from Prapor in the woods.

Packages for Prapor_EFT

You will find it in one of the two locations in the building northwest of the railroad depot. To access the depot, you will need to use the BTR driver's cab service.

After retrieving the package, give it to Prapor to complete the first part of his quest, “Delayed Delivery.” Once this step is complete, you can finish the current quest.
