Unquestionable authority Tarkov: Quest help

Hey, operator! You've got your work cut out for you, and I don't want some clown on a mission like this. Everyone's searching the spa's underground, and you should know about it by now. They say there's a bogeyman guarding the area, howling like a madman and chasing everyone off with his axe. No one can take him down! Some of my partners have started asking questions, trying to get prices down because of this story. But let me tell you something: power is about seizing the right opportunities without screwing them up. We've got to act now, and we've got to do it in a way that makes it clear to every little shit who's in charge. We've got to take this bastard down. And if you do it on my behalf, everyone will understand. You've got the skills, this "Minotaur" shouldn't give you any trouble. But be careful, this bastard means business.
