You must use the MS2000 beacon to mark out the TerraGroup cargo :
The cargo in question is a wooden crate that you will find next to a gray container on Phare's west beach.

NOTES :
Additional MS2000 beacons can be purchased from Prapor or Ragman if required.
It's a good idea to keep beacons in your special locations or in a secure container to avoid losing them if you die.
