To complete this quest, you must kill 10 Scavs in the military base's underground warehouse. The warehouse we're looking for is to the northwest, marked with a "Д".
As it's rare to come across 10 Scavs in a single game, you'll probably have to make several raids. Be aware that Scavs are attracted to bodies, so you can use them to lure them wherever you like.
