Here are the details of the military documents you must hand over to Prapor during this quest:

They are all located in the underground tunnels of the military base (under the helicopter). After delivering the documents, you must escape the raid with the quest documents without dying in order to deliver them to Prapor.

You will find one of the documents in the room visible through the control room window. Look for it at the bottom of a shelf in the corner of the room.

At the very bottom of the In the large central hallway, you will find a cabinet. One of the documents is inside.

One of these documents is on a desk in the glass control room. It can be accessed from the room where the D-2 joystick is located.
