To complete this quest, you must collect:

• A note (Note regarding the Eye of the World) in the house located on Scav Island on the Littoral, at the level of the circle marked in the village submerged in the Wood,
• The key marked RB-BK, the key marked RB-VO, or the key marked RB-PKPM in the rooms of the Military Base or in room 314 Marked Key in Customs, or the key to apartment Chekannaya 13 in Streets of Tarkov, or by killing a member of the sect.

1. Visit Scav Island.

2. Enter this house.

3. Collect ours, which you will find on this arrow or nearby.

4. Read the note to progress in the quest.
5. You must then go to the abandoned village of Lighthouse, where there is a collapsed cultists' house, at the edge of the village, near the passage to the coast.

Inside the house, you will find the audio cassette 2 of the cult victim and the key to the victim's apartment.

Take both objects and listen to the tape.

The key opens an apartment 69-located north of the Stylobate extract in the Streets of Tarkov.

Inside the apartment, you will find three items: the audio cassette 1 of the cult victim, the Arrival book and the note on preparations for arrival.
