Mission text:
Well, you've proven that you don't shoot indiscriminately. Recently, one of my men was poisoned during a mission and didn't even make it to the extraction point. We couldn't determine what poison killed him. The guy went to scout out the white chalk circles. I need a fresher sample and a strong employee who can survive the poisoning and return from the raid.

To complete this quest, you must escape from a raid while under the effect of . This effect is applied when you are stabbed with a Cultist Knife by a Cultist or another player.
The “Unknown Toxin” causes a loss of 140 HP per minute. A Propital can slow this loss for 5 minutes, while an eTG-change completely cancels it for 60 seconds. Remember to bring a large amount of healing items with you.
