Otherwise, by playing and earning EXP in the Strength, Vitality, and Endurance skills.

To build strength, you have to throw grenades and be overweight.

To raise the vitality, you have to take damage, the best is to have a hemorrhage and heal it all the time to raise quickly.

To build endurance, you need to run without being overweight (from the start of your run, you need to run without stopping to gain maximum EXP).
