To mark ambulances, you need an MS2000 beacon:

Two of the ambulances you are looking for are near the entrance to the «Tunnel.» The third one at the spa is parked at the spa, next to the helicopter.

If you need MS2000 beacons, they are available from Prapor or Ragman.
To prevent loss in the event of death, players are advised to keep these beacons in their designated slots or in a pouch.
MS2000 tags will be used automatically outside of the player inventory when necessary, in the same way as keys.
