To complete this quest, you need to locate generators in the east and west wings of the Littoral spa.

Location of the east wing generators

You will find the generators for the east wing in room 220 on the second floor. It is always unlocked.

Location of generators in the west wing

You will find the generators for the west wing in room 219 on the second floor. To reach the objective, enter the room (requires the key to room 219 in the west wing of the spa):
