History of Chemistry

Si le gros des armées naines privilégie la discipline, certains enfants de la pierre ont une nature bien trop sauvage pour servir dans les rangs de l’armée. Ces francs-tireurs, souvent recrutés parmi les parias de la société naine, sont néanmoins utiles. S’ils sont sauvages, ils n’en sont pas moins de féroces guerriers.

Les frondeurs sont l’une de ces unités : des tirailleurs recrutés parmi les castes les plus basses du royaume, dotés d’un équipement de base et chargés de harceler l’ennemi. Bien trop peu fiables pour qu’on leur confie une arme à distance puissante telle qu’une arbalète, ils sont autorisés à porter un nombre ridicule de haches de jet. Pourtant, entre des mains expérimentées, ces haches deviennent terrifiantes, comme l’ont découvert de nombreux ennemis du roi de la montagne.
