Embodying the tactics of many nomadic barbarian tribes, Alika comes from the ranks of the Ambushers—a somewhat basic but very appropriate name—who are an elite cadre of warriors specializing in hit-and-run tactics on horseback and on foot. They are usually drawn from the ranks of the tribal nobility, or warriors who have earned the chief's trust through their exploits on the battlefield.
Equipped with the finest armor the nomads can create—both sturdy and richly adorned to display their status—and state-of-the-art bows, they can turn any invasion into a hellish experience. Alika is a master archer, able to identify priority targets in an instant and exploit the slightest weaknesses her hawk-like eyes spot. The only thing that can match her skill with the bow is her fierce loyalty to her blood family, Sikara, for whom she will face the worst enemies and survive against all odds.
