Attack an enemy twice. Each strike has a 60% chance to remove a random buff from the target. If a buff is removed, has a 35% chance to steal that buff.

Place a Buff of [DEF Boost] of 60% on all allies for 2 turns. Places a [Increase in VIT] of 30% on all allies with more than 50% of HP. Also has a 50% chance to place a [C Rate Increase.] of 30% on these allies for 2 turns. Places, for 2 turns, a Buff [revive after death] on all allies with less than 50% HP. Also has a 50% chance to place a [Continuous Care] of 15% on these allies for 2 turns.

A3 = Elusive | CD = 5 turns
Places a debuff [Reduced VIT] of 30% on all enemies. Reduces the turn counter of all enemies by 15%. Fills all allies' Turn Meter with 15% if any enemy's Turn Meter is below 50%.
