This champion for me has 2 uses, wave control and solo drake 25 (yes he can do it).
For those who need wave control on the DT it's perfect, with a stun set it can be quite good.
For those who want the drake 25 solo with 4 food because no one else, I will make a video on it, however the average duration = 4min20 of fight.

This attack will always be critical if the target is under debuff [Fear] Where [Absolute Fear].

Attacks all enemies. Ignores 30% of each target's DEF against targets under debuffs [Fear] or [Absolute Fear]. This attack will always critical against targets under debuffs [Fear] Where [Absolute Fear].
The damage of this skill is increased by 10% each time a [Fear] debuff or [Absolute Fear] is placed on an enemy.
[This skill has a 40% chance of being unlocked for 1 turn as soon as a debuff [Fear] Where [Absolute Fear] is placed on an enemy.]

[Passive Effect]
Increases chance of enemy skills failing while debuffed by 15% [Fear] Where [Absolute Fear].
[Active Effect]
Prevents this Champion from dying and keeps them alive with 1 HP when hit with a killing blow, then removes all buffs and debuffs from this Champion. After preventing the death of this Champion, fully heal him and fully deplete his Turn Meter.
Then has 80% chance to place a debuff [Fear] on all enemies for 1 turn.
Finally places a debuff [Sleep] on this Champion for 1 turn. It is impossible to resist or block this debuff.
CRITICAL RATE Aura:
Increases CRITICAL RATE in all battles by 25
