The dead of Teleria are not always peaceful. Some have a nasty habit of ignoring the fundamentals of mortality and returning to earth, terrifying the living, or worse. The powers that bring these unfortunate souls back from the afterlife are as varied as the undead themselves. Some are raised by a necromancer and are little more than a walking empty shell, while others willfully condemn themselves to this dark existence for fear of death. The Gravechill Slayer is an aptly named abomination and quite peculiar in nature. She was probably a witch in Siroth's service, perhaps even a necromancer who commanded the swarms of undead that invaded the Winterlands. Whether she was killed by a blade, by a spell, or by her own madness, she was forgotten under the snow. But death is not enough to temper certain malevolence. When a new onslaught of darkness began, this creature emerged from its frozen tomb, its eyes burning with wizarding power and a thirst for revenge. Champions who come face to face with the Gravechill Slayer would do well to be wary, as her frozen blade is steeped in venom and sharp enough to pierce through the toughest armor.
