Attack an enemy.
Has 80% chance to steal a random buff from the enemy. Also has 80% chance to place a debuff [Blocking Buffs] on the enemy for 2 turns.
Level 2 Damage +5%

Level 4 Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 5 Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

Attack all enemies.
Has 75% chance to remove all buffs on all enemies.
Then, has 75% chance to place a debuff [Weakening] of 25% for 2 turns.

Places a buff [Increase in PRE] of 50% on all allies for 2 turns.
Also places a buff [DEF increaseThe 60% is applied to all allies whose DEF is greater than or equal to their ATQ.
If an ally's ATQ is higher than its DEF, give it a buff [ATK Increase] of 50% for 2 turns.

[P] Scourge of Dragons | CD = 2 turns
As soon as an enemy is revived, instantly activate [Earthworms]. If an enemy is revived by a Lizardmen Faction Champion, the effects of [Earthworms] are irresistible. This passive effect will only activate when an enemy is revived using an active skill.
Instant activation of [Earthworms] will not place the skill in Recharge Time. If several Champions in the team have this skill, only one will be activated.
