How to recover a Raid Shadow Legends account?

Hi, FYI this page is for those who lost their account or had their account stolen.

If you are looking to buy an account or take over someone else's account, please be aware that this is prohibited, so I will not discuss it with you.

I had a Plarium account for PC.

If you had a Plarium account on your PC, then you need to change your password if you have forgotten it.

If you have lost your email address, you will need to search for the email address you used. If you really cannot find it or think your account has been stolen, you will need to contact Plarium support.

How and where can I contact Plarium support?

To contact Plarium support, go to this page (your adblocker may block the link, but it does it for me because Plarium is blocked directly):

Select the Raid Shadow Legends game, submit your request, and select: "Game Account Access."

I advise everyone to keep your purchase information, so you can prove that it's your account if it gets stolen.

I had a Plarium account only on Mobile.

On mobile, how did you log in? If it's via Facebook and Twitter, check that it's the right account. You really need to spend a lot of time checking whether:

You have logged in to the correct account.
If you haven't changed your password
Verify that the account is not blocked

If you've done all that, you'll also need to contact support as described above.

If your account has been stolen?

You must contact Plarium support directly, I advise you to give them proof of purchase and as much information as possible on your RSL account.

How to protect your Plarium account? A2F!

Enabling two-factor authentication really helps, and if someone logs in, you will be notified. Have a different password and don't share it. Your password must be complex enough, not a sequence of letters from the keyboard or alphabet, or someone's first name...

There are so many ways to find a password that I recommend you have different ones!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECOVER MY OLDER BROTHER'S RAID SHADOW LEGENDS ACCOUNT FOR TWO MONTHS NOW, THANKS TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ”SUPPORT.“ PLARIUM AND IT IS NOT GOING WELL DESPITE HAVING EXPLAINED AT LEAST 5 TO 10 TIMES WHAT HAPPENED. BUT PRACTICALLY THE SUPPORT THAT EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT IS TOTALLY ABSENT, GIVEN THAT THEY CAN'T HELP ME. I EVEN PROVIDED PHOTOS OF THE ACCOUNT OWNER'S DOCUMENTS, AND THEY CONTINUE TO ASK ME FOR THE ID OF THE ACCOUNT IN QUESTION. BUT I CAN NO LONGER SEE WHAT IT IS BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN!
