What's the point of precision on Raid Shadow Legends?
Many people wonder what the precision on RSL is all about.
To put it simply, precision is only useful on champions who put debuffs on the opponent (Break atq/defense/provocation/ etc...) or reduce the Turn counter.
The debuffs list for those who want : Click here.
How does precision work?
The more precision you have, the easier it will be to set a debuff, because if the debuff can be set, there's a chance that the opponent will RESIST debuffs. This means that he has more resistances than your precision on the champion, or that you've been unlucky.
As a result, the greater your precision, the greater your chances of overcoming your opponent's resistance.
(For those who don't understand the graph, the horizontal bar (x-axis) = the precision-resistance and the vertical bar (y-axis) = the chance rate of setting the debuff)
How much precision do you need?
So it all depends on what you want to do. For example, in an arena, the higher you go, the more likely you are to come across teams with resistance.
Otherwise, for the BDC and dungeon, it's pretty straightforward:
(Please note that many people do not agree with these figures, but the more precise you can be, the better).
So don't forget to turn up the precision in the great hall.
In summary :
Any champion who has to set a debuff must have precision. For those who don't set debuffs, avoid setting precision sub-stats (Elhain or Apothecary, for example).
