I recently tested the DXRacer Master for several days before writing this article.
My verdict: this is an excellent high-end chair, ideal for long sessions lasting several hours (gaming or telecommuting).
- Comfort is the order of the day
- Assembly is simple
- The materials exude quality
The only real drawback is that the seat is a little low, which takes some getting used to if you're used to sitting high, as I was before.
I detail everything in this full DXRacer Master review.

My review of the DXRacer Master
Receipt and delivery of the gaming chair
I received the parcel directly at home, and my first pleasant surprise was that everything was really well packaged.

The various parts were properly protected without excess plastic. There were mostly cardboard protectors, which I found rather appreciable.

You can tell the product is premium as soon as you open the box!
DXRacer Master assembly: simple or complicated?
In the end, everything was very simple for the DXRacer Master. It took me about 30 minutes (including unpacking). And all this while I was ill during assembly!

As I live in Thailand, the guide that came with my chair was in Chinese, but the pictures are very clear and I had no problem understanding what to do.
So with a guide in French or English, the DXRacer Master assembly should be even easier!
My opinion on comfort: clearly the strong point
Comfort is clearly the DXRacer Master's strong point.

From the very first minutes, you can feel the difference with a classic gaming chair:
- ✅ The seat is wide, the backrest really supports the back well.
- ✅ The 135° recline is ultra-pleasant too (I could totally sleep in it!).
- ✅ The headrest is also very comfortable thanks to memory foam.
It feels like the DXRacer Master has really been designed for long gaming sessions or video editing.
Integration into my gaming and video setup

As you can see from the photos, the DXRacer Master fits in perfectly with my gaming and video setup. In fact, I find it brings a clean, high-end look to my office.
It has to be said that the design is more sober and premium than many very “racing” gaming chairs. As a result, it works just as well in a setup with RGB in front of the PC as in a more professional workspace.
The only thing that makes me hesitate is the height.
The only real detail that makes me hesitate is the height of the chair.
The DXRacer Master is lower than my old gaming chair, so it takes a little getting used to. I don't know yet whether it's really going to make a difference in the long term or not. But it's a real shame I can't see my windows in front of me anymore.

⚠ Not a defect per se, but something to check if :
- ❌ You have a particularly high desk
- ❌ You're tall and like to keep your knees at 90°.
- ❌ You're used to sitting pretty high
My final verdict on the DXRacer Master
After several days of testing, I now understand why the DXRacer Master has received so much positive feedback in the community. This model has everything it takes to be one of the best high-end seats around:
- ✅ Comfort is excellent
- ✅ Assembly is easy
- ✅ Materials breathe quality
- ✅ The chair is perfectly suited to both gaming and office use.
What I also like is the “premium office chair” feel mixed with modern gaming design.
⭐ My final rating: 9/10
The only point of attention that prevents me from giving it a 10 is the low seat height, which takes some getting used to. For the rest, the DXRacer Master really does tick all the boxes of a excellent premium gaming chair and remains one of the best choices in its range.
And so, if you're looking for a comfortable chair to spend several hours a day in front of your PC, the DXRacer Master is a very good choice in my opinion.
Is the DXRacer Master right for you?
Now that I've shared my complete feedback with you, here's a simple recap to find out if the DXRacer Master gaming chair is for you (or not).
✅ The DXRacer Master is for you if :
- You spend more than 6 hours a day sitting down (gaming, streaming, teleworking, video editing)
- If you're looking for a versatile chair that works just as well for play as it does for the office
- You are up to about 1.90 m tall and weigh a maximum of 125 kg.
- You want a sober, top-of-the-range designer seat, without the flashy “racing car” look
- Are you ready to budget for a chair that will last for years?
❌ The DXRacer Master is not for you if :
- Your budget is tight (there are some great gaming chairs at half the price)
- You're over 1m90 tall and weigh more than 125 kg (take a look at the DXRacer Tank series for taller riders).
- You're used to sitting up high
- If you're looking for a gaming chair just for 1-2 hours a day
In conclusion, the DXRacer Master is the perfect ally for long hours of play or teleworking. If you have the budget, I recommend without hesitation che high-end seat that should stay with you for years to come.
