Part 1: Retrieve the Strange Picto during the Prologue

L'Étrange Picto is a broken Picto that is unusable in its current state, which you can receive during the Expedition Festival during the Prologue.

To get your hands on this strange Picto, you need to talk with Tom and exchange a festival token against the price he is offering.

Once there, make your way to the bazaar and chat with Jujubrie. As soon as he notices the Strange Picto in your possession, he will repair it.
