Who is Monoco in Expedition 33?
As a reminder, a Gestral is a group of friendly beings that you will encounter alongside the 33rd Expedition. Monoco is one of the few Gestrals who speak the human language.
Although he appears to be a scholar, Monoco is actually bloodthirsty. The idea of taking part in battles is, in fact, the reason why he decided to join the members of the 33rd Expedition in their quest against Paintresse.

What features should I mount on Monoco?
In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, playable characters include have unique traits, abilities and histories. They differ from one another, and Monoco is no exception.
This is a character with different mechanical based on :
- the stealing opponents' skills (apart from a few bosss).
- The Bestial wheel with masks of different colors.

In terms of attributes, we mainly recommend the following Defense and Agility attributes.
These are two scaling attributes for the Chromaro weapon, which we recommend for Monoco. In addition, these attributes will allow your character to play more often and stay alive longer.
Which skills to choose on Monoco?
To play Monoco effectively, it is important to choose a variety of skills to suit different masks from the Bestial Wheel:
