To "parchoter" means use stat scrolls to earn additional stats points about your character in Dofus. It's a permanent bonus, which is in addition to the 5 points earned at each level.

Dofus: How do you use scrolls?
It exists 4 Types of Parchments, each of which can be used based on your current attribute level:
- Small scroll : +1 point as long as the statistic is less than 25.
- Medium Parchment : +1 point as long as the statistic is less than 50.
- Large scroll : +1 point as long as the statistic is less than 80.
- Powerful Scroll : +2 points as long as the statistic is less than 100.
You start with the small scrolls, then you gradually work your way up to the powerful scrolls. Following this order is the most cost-effective in terms of Doplons. For Kamas, compare the price per point in HDV.
To use a scroll, simply double-click it from your inventory. The point is added directly to the statistics corresponding one, whether it is the vitality, the wisdom or an element.

Scrolls can also be purchased from an NPC in each classroom from the village of’Amakna, compared to Doplons, the currency designated for this purpose.
Finally, there are recipes for artisanal crafts that create a consumable that adds 1 characteristic point. These points count toward the a maximum of 100 additional points per characteristic (150 with the new Daedalus scrolls)
How do I get Dofus stat scrolls?
It exists two free methods To obtain scrolls: the Wanted and the game's Dragodinds. Both methods require patience. If you want to go faster, you can also buy scrolls from other players in exchange for Kamas, that's the fastest solution.
The Wanted
In the game, some Militias issue wanted notices. Each notice specifies the name of the person being sought, their possible location, the difficulty level, and the reward in Doplons. A minimum level is often required depending on the target.
Attention : The target may appear even if you haven't accepted the quest. If you kill it without having the quest active, you'll have to wait for it to respawn.

Once your Dragodinde is ready, take it to the NPC Garde Montay, located in [4,-6] at the Château d’Amakna. It gives you 1 Trait Scroll for 1 Dragodinde. It's a free way to collect scrolls without spending any Kamas.
