Once you have the resources, here's how the quest unfolds.
Step 1 : Talk to Lanseuft de Troille. He explains to you what he needs for the pendulum.
2nd step : Bring them back 3 ingredients at Lanseuft de Troille. He then starts making it, and you have to wait 3 minutes that he finish the job.
Step 3: After the 3 minutes while you wait, go back and check Lanseuft de Troille and retrieves the pendulum to validate the success and complete the quest.
