The Dofus Vessel: Complete Quest Walkthrough

The Dofus receptacle is the first of a suite of 5 quests Complete to unlock the 6 Primordial Dofus. It starts at Astrub, takes you all the way to Pandala and ends with a one-on-one battle against the Prophetic Fire. Here is the complete, step-by-step solution.

The Dofus receptacle

This quest takes you to the heart of the land pandawain Pandala, to test your ability to carry the Primordial Dofus. The final battle takes place solo.

• Zone level: 30
• Quest: Forest walk
• Quest: The awakening of Pandala

NPCs and where to find them: Fallanster at Astrub [4,-19].

• 1 fight (solo only)

The Quest's Background: The Dofus Vessel

After completing The awakening of Pandala, Fallanster entrusts you with a mission that affects the fate of the six Primordial Dofus.

To find out if you're ready to receive them, you need to drink a the visionary's pint and face a very real reality: the Prophetic Fire. This is the first major milestone in this narrative arc, and the final battle is fought solo.

Step 1: Talk to Fallanster

Talk to Fallanster in [4,-19] at Astrub. He's asking you to head to Pandala, and the quest starts immediately.

Step 2: Cross the Pandala Bridge

Head over to the bridge at [12,-21] to enter Pandala. You must have completed the quest The awakening of Pandala to be allowed to cross it.

Step 3: Send the message to the Daimya

Once you're at Pandala, go to the Daimya Palace to convey the message to him from Fallanster. Follow the quest marker if you can't find the palace on your first try.

Step 4: Talk to the shaman

Head to [20,-27] to enter the The Shaman's House and talk to Surivitna. It guides you through the rest of the quest.

Step 5: Order a pint of "The Visionary"

Go to the Fermenthé Tavern in [22,-27] and calls for a the visionary's pint at Chonayu.

Step 6: Fight the Drunken Pandawas

Before I pour you a pint, Chonayu first asks you to resolve a problem at the tavern. You then face the Alcoholic Pandawas. This fight is in authorized group.

From the Pandawa, a little tipsy :

• Drinking Party : enters the state of Saoul to 5 turns, allowing you to dodge 5% strikes while backing up from 1 box.
• Bamboo Hangover : deals approximately 60 damage in the Earth element.

Comes out of the Pandawette Pompette :

• Drinking Party : same effect as above, "Saoul" status for 5 turns.
• Fermented breath : deals approximately 60 damage in the Air element and repels the target by 1 box.

Step 7: Retrieve the visionary's pint

Once the battle is over, talk to Chonayu to retrieve your the visionary's pint.

Step 8: Talk to the Shaman's Assistant

Head to [19,-32] to talk to the’Shaman's Assistant.

Step 9: Enter the Cavern of the Vessel

Starting from the shaman's assistant's position, move forward to the waterfall and goes around the back to enter the receptacle cavern. Inside, you'll find a six-armed dragon statue.

Step 10: Drink the Visionary's Pint

In front of the statue, use the the visionary's pint directly from your inventory. This triggers the battle against the Prophetic Fire.

Step 11: Fighting the Prophetic Fire

This fight is required solo. Several flames are present in the field. Do not get into close combat or you will be killed instantly. Attack from a distance and eliminate the flames one by one to defeat the Prophetic Fire.

If you lose, you don't lose any energy: you can restart the battle as many times as necessary.

Step 12: Go back to see Surivitna

Once the fight is over, go back and see Surivitna in [20,-27] to complete the quest. The next quest, A wise man among wise men, then unlocks.
