To capture a Pal, you will first need to’weaken by fighting it yourself or using one of your team's Pals, before‘catch with a sphere (like a pokéball) to capture it.
The Paldex is the complete list of Pals available in the game. Each time you spot a new Pal, it will be recorded in your “Paldeck,” but you will need to capture it to validate its entry. You'll need to capture the same Pal ten times to obtain all the information about it.
