You will find the Duelist's Hooked Finger in the northernmost area of Limgrave. In a burned corpse, next to the Frustrated Spirit.

How to use the Duelist's Hooked Finger in Elden Ring?

You can place a red summoning panel to join a competitive multiplayer game.
In other players' worlds, this icon will appear, giving them the option to challenge you to a duel in competitive multiplayer mode.
Multiplayer begins as soon as you are summoned. (Your objective is to defeat the Army of Fingers.)
If you leave a second summoning panel, the old one will be removed.
