Holy is a German brand of sugar-free beverages, founded in April 2021 in Berlin by three college friends. The idea is simple: to replace sodas and energy drinks replace traditional options with a healthier alternative, in powder form to be mixed.

When did Holy come out?
Holy was released in April 2021, after about 8 months of development. The very first phase was used to test the product and gather feedback from early users.
Originally, the brand was called Holy Energy. In August 2022, it changes its name to become We Are Holy.
This change marks an important milestone: the launch of a line of’Iced Tea sugar-free, which expands the product line beyond the energy drinks offered in the early days. The lineup Iced Tea offers a refreshing alternative to powders—and it's still sugar-free.

Who created Holy?
Holy was founded by three friends met in college:
- Matze (Mathias Horsch)
- Fredi (Frederick Jost)
- Phillip (Philipp Nass)
All three attended business studies at the university WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management). That is where it all began Holy : a brand of sugar-free powdered beverages launched since Berlin, designed as a healthy alternative to traditional energy drinks.
What is the HolySquad?
The HolySquad is the name that Holy gives to his fan community. And there are so many of us who are part of it.
