How to disable Adblock on a specific site?
No need to disable Adblock across your entire browser. All you have to do is authorize the site in question directly from the extension icon. Here's how:
- Open the site in your browser.
- Find the’icon Adblock in the top right corner, in the toolbar. It may be hidden behind the extensions icon.
- Click on it.
- A window opens. You can disable the block on the page. Choose the option that best suits your needs.
Depending on your browser
The procedure is virtually the same across different browsers, since everything is done from the’extension icon.
- On Google Chrome : Click the extensions icon in the top right corner from the toolbar, then select Adblock. The window opens, and you can disable the extension on that page or for the entire domain.
- On Microsoft Edge : Same procedure. Open the extensions menu in the upper-right corner, then click on Adblock and select the desired option in the window that appears.
- On Mozilla Firefox : The add-ons icon is located directly to the right of the address bar. Click on it, then click on Adblock to open the window and disable the block on the site.
- On Safari : Go to the browser's preferences, then to the section Extensions. There, you can turn off Adblock for the open site.

These steps pertain to the extension Adblock original. With AdBlock Plus, the process is very similar: click the icon in the upper-right corner, then click the button «Disable on this site».
With uBlock Origin, click the icon in the address bar to open the extension window, then disable filtering for the current domain.

Blocking ads has become second nature, especially because some ads hide malware. The problem is that many reputable websites rely on these ads to fund their content.
