In Archer Forest, them bows are pieces of equipment that boost your archers and improve your arrows. There are 3 types : the’wooden bow, I'iron arch and thestone arch. Each type provides a different bonus depending on the hero wearing it.
Types of bows in Archer Forest
Each bow behaves differently depending on the hero wielding it. Here are the details for each one, along with a practical tip for using them.
Wooden Bow
L'Wooden Bow increases the level of the arrows of the equipped hero. In practice, each shot fired by your archers deals more damage.
Put it at the top of the list Hedwig and Taurus, your main DPS units. Their shots become significantly more powerful with each volley.
Iron Arch
L'Iron Arch increases the archer's level whoever wears it, which directly boosts their stats.
Aim it at the archers who are offering the best liabilities. For instance, Brownie gains in attack speed with this bow.
Stone Arch
L'Stone Arch increases the level of arrows produced. The effect is more indirect, but very profitable in the long run.
It's a great way to improve the quality of the bows you create. Your archers will level up faster without wasting resources.
Carrier Bonus
Under each arch, you'll see a hero's name followed by a additional bonus. This bonus is activated only if this hero is the one carrying the bow.
Example: If the arc displays Brownie and if you equip it on another archer, the bonus disappears. Always check who is carrying the bow before equipping it so you don't lose anything.
Star and Arc Rank
The number ofstars of a fixed-bow's bonus power. The more the rank the higher it goes, the wider the range of values becomes. It's never a fixed number: each bow generates its stats randomly within a given range.
Two bows of the same grade may therefore have different values depending on the options selected.
That's why you might want to keep shooting with the same type of bow until you achieve the best possible performance with your arrows.

Prioritize 4- and 5-star arcs for your best archers. The difference in the arrows' power is clear, especially when facing a boss.
Improve the arc level, black diamonds
The very first upgrade level costs 50 black diamonds. Then, the price increases at each tier according to the following formula: 50 × (X+1), where X corresponds to the current level from your bow.
In practical terms, here's how it breaks down step by step:
- Level 1: 50 × 2 = 100 black diamonds
- Level 4: 50 × 5 = 250 black diamonds
- Level 7: 50 × 8 = 400 black diamonds
Each improvement also includes a risk of failure. So drawing a bow to its full extent can quickly cost you several thousand black diamonds. Focus your resources on the Best Types of Bows so as not to waste anything.
How to get a bow in Archer Forest ?
That's where it gets really difficult. The arcs have a drop rate of just 1%, and in 95% of cases you come across a 1-star arc. So it takes a lot of patience to properly equip your archers.
The best way to farm bows is still to archer mines : First, you collect some 1 star, and then the 2 stars and finally some 3 stars as you progress.
The arrows you produce become more powerful as your bows improve.
Here are all the places where you can find a bow in the game:
- boss Guild Chests : success rate of 1%.
- Deep Forest 3 and 4 : success rate of 0,1%.
- Archer Mines : a reward every 1,000 m of the course.
- Cirque de Zelda : via roulette VIP4.
- Archer's Scholarship : market for the black diamond, access VIP1.
- Mystery Dungeon : using green and red tickets obtained through VIPs, real money, or black diamonds from the store.
- Packs on the "Event" tab : the paid option to get there faster.
Given the drop rate, it's best to target the archer mines and the game's boss chests First and foremost. Save your black diamonds to upgrade your bows instead of spending them all at once.
