How to use Godrick's major Rune in Elden Ring?

If you want to use the major Rune of Godrick, you must go to the site of the Bridge of the Tower of Limgrave at Stormveil Castle:

The path is guarded by reanimated Colossal Statues. You can choose to fight them or run to the end where you will find a door.
There are a few Warhawk-type enemies at the end of the path, as well as a flock of non-hostile eagles.
Continue straight ahead until you reach the large door of the tower, go inside, and step on the mechanism to activate the elevator.

At the summit is another site of grace: the Divine Tower of Limgrave. Continue climbing until you reach the top, where you will find a glowing sigil in the center between a series of large fingers. Approach and interact with it to restore the power of the great rune.

To activate and use the Great Rune of Godrick, you must activate the Great Rune at the Round Table, then use a Runic Bow after completing the above task. This Great Rune blesses the player character, increasing all his attributes.
