When is the next Monopoly GO Treasures event?

The "Trésors" event doesn't happen every week, but it is scheduled several times per season according to the schedule of Scopely, and lasts each time 4 to 5 days.

I post news about each issue a few days before it's released so you'll know in advance what's coming start date and the game's awards to be won.

What is the Monopoly GO Treasures event?

The Trésors event is a treasure hunt On a grid: Objects are hidden under blocks, both horizontally and vertically on the game board.

You click on a case to break the block and try to find an item. Each broken block costs 1 pickaxe.

Progressing through the levels During the event, you'll earn a variety of rewards: free dice rolls, money, stickers and sticker packs.

Important note: The location of the treasures is different for each player. There's no point in asking your friends where they hide their things—it won't be the same at your place.

However, the tips below will help you complete the event and get the most out of it.

How can I get Monopoly GO picks for the Treasures event?

There are several ways to collect picks During the event:

• Through the events and tournaments : check out the Monopoly GO event board to find out at which stages you earn pickaxes.
• By retrieving the free gift available in the store every 8 o'clock.
• As you do your quick wins every day, which are updated at 3:00 p.m..
• Directly through the’event Treasures, which offers a few free picks at certain levels.

The sources are varied. The real challenge is to make sure that use these picks to maximize your winnings, and that's where the following tips come in.

Tips You Should Know for the Trésors Event

1. Getting the "Pioche" event off to a good start

The idea is simple: retrieve the free gift and the game's quick wins at the exact moment the event begins, not before.

Since I share the start date and time A few days in advance, you’ll know exactly when to log in. Here’s a concrete example to illustrate this.

Let's imagine that the "Treasures" event begins on April 15 at 1:59 p.m. :

1. The quick wins change every day at 15h00. Collect the ones from April 14 when the event starts (at 2:10 p.m. on April 15, for example), then collect more at 3:00 p.m. when they refresh. If you had claimed them at 10:00 a.m., those picks would have been lost, since the event wasn’t active yet.
2. Wait a moment before taking your Free gift in the store. If you claim it at 10:00 a.m., you won't be able to claim it again at 1:59 p.m. You'll lose a gift, and therefore some picks. Wait until the event starts to trigger this 8-hour timer at the right time.

These two little tips will earn you a few extra picks, which is far from insignificant over time.

2. Optimize grid search

Take care of your search strategy taking into account the size of each treasure. For example, if there is one item left that is 3 boxes, there's no need to break up an area where there's nothing left but 2 blocks : The object cannot hide there.

Select the boxes containing an object of 3 long makes sense. It's pure logic, and that, above all, is the secret to save on pickaxes at every stage of the event.

3. Converting picks to dice

When you complete the Treasures event, your Remaining picks are automatically converted into dice, and the rate is very favorable: 1 pick = 3 dice. So it's best to finish the event as late as possible to earn as many bonus dice as you can.

Here's how I do it: I fill out the event as usual, but I I stop at the very last step. I have only one block left to break, and I'm not going to break it right away.

There's only one block left before the end. Since I'm only at the second day, I've decided not to break this rule and to keep collect pickaxes : free gift, quick daily winnings, rewards from other events.

A few hours before the end of the event, I'm finally checking off this last box:

Result: My remaining picks were converted, and I won over 1,000 dice. If I had finished 2 days earlier, I would have recovered much less.

Just make sure to wrap up the event before it ends, otherwise you'll lose all your final rewards.
