The product is under a 5 year warranty, however, warranties are subject to conditions. For your information, a 3-year warranty applies to all functional parts of the chair. Prime 2.0 Leather is a new standard of flexibility and abrasion resistance according to the brand. Indeed, the armchair has been designed to be 4 times more durable than the standard version of leather. The material is almost waterproof, especially in the face of small accidents, in particular: humidity. It is very resistant to friction and bending. Here are the steps for assembling the Titan:
- Take the aluminum base to insert the 5 wheels;
- Make sure you get the wheels back in their slots, no need to force too much for them to land properly;
- Next, lay the base on the ground;
- Take the class 4 jacks, and place them in the hole in the center of the base;
- Then place 3 nesting plastics for protection on the cylinder;
- Unscrew the 4 screws located on the edges of the backrest;
- Then, slide the seat tilt mechanisms into the back rail;
- Tighten the 4 screws to hold the backrest to the seat;
- For information, only one of the two sides has a rail to guide the installation;
- Covers also come to cover the screws, however, it is not necessary to screw them because they are magnetized;
- Turn everything over, then fix the tilting system with the other screws that are in the toolbox;
- Install then screw;
