To complete this quest, you need to find the prison guard's apartment and find out what happened to him. His apartment and body are in the building Chekannaya 15 in the streets of Tarkov.

L’appartement que vous cherchez est au deuxième étage (à l’Est). L’accès se fait uniquement par l’escalier ouest, puis en passant par un trou dans le sol de la cellule N°5 au troisième étage. Les débris du couloir au deuxième étage nécessitent un sablage pour être enlevés.
