Ah, it's you again. You have decided not to let me go, then? Tremendous. I need to shake the area up a bit. All sorts of troublemakers keep interfering with my business, shooting and robbing my men. Butt them indiscriminately. I tell you this reluctantly, because that's not how I see business. Make sure you kill them with handguns so they can see they're dealing with a pro. Fine, go rake those sluts, and there'll be a bounty for every head, even an extra for the gratin. Times are tough, and you have to earn your living, as much as possible.

To do pistol kills quickly I go to the factory. Depends on where I am in the wipe but to spend dollars and increase Peacekeeper's loyalty level I take Peacekeeper's gun to do the kills. But if the guy has a helmet with a visor, you can't kill him.
You can take a pistol with RIP bullets, after 5 shots in one leg it dies.
